CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 68(FIN) "An Act making a                                 
supplemental appropriation for certain elections for regional                  
educational attendance area school boards and coastal resource                 
service area boards; and providing for an effective date" was read

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 68(FIN) be advanced to third reading and placed                 
on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
